Amanda Andrews

Amanda Andrews has over 20 years' experience as a family lawyer. She is a Resolution accredited expert in complex Children Act cases and has extensive experience in dealing with the financial aspects of separation and divorce, particularly for mid to high-net-worth clients. Amanda is a trained mediator and is consistently recognised in the both the Legal 500 and Chambers directories; the latter this year noted that her clients were "impressed by her legal knowledge and experience, intellectual and emotional intelligence, efficiency and empathy." Amanda is also listed as a prominent figure in family and matrimonial law in the Leading Lawyers' Honours List published by Citywealth for those working in private wealth management.

• Representing wife where husband's business interests were worth in excess of £37m and total assets in the region of £40m.

• Representing wife in a complex divorce where total matrimonial net assets exceed £14m, £2.5 of which were held in a discretionary offshore trust.

• Drafting a complex pre nuptial and co-habitation agreement where total annual income was in excess of £1.2m and assets £3m.

• Advising husband regarding a complicated pre nuptial agreement where assets were worth in excess of £6m.
