Nicola Fletcher
Nicola Fletcher joined the firm as a partner in September 2007. She is a family lawyer specialising in divorce, financial disputes, ancillary relief, prenuptial agreements and cohabitation disputes. She has particular experience in high-profile and complex divorce cases involving substantial assets.
Nicola is also experienced in private children's law. She regularly acts on behalf of mothers and fathers in contact, residence, leave to remove and child abduction cases as well as in relation to financial applications on behalf of children.
